Dear Gary,

Please post on our FSA web site, the following that was stated in my
letter dated 8-9-05 to all Florida Divans and Representatives.

FSA opening meeting ...Sunday, July 2nd 2006 at Egypt Shrine..Doors
open at 7:30 a.m.

Ladies Brunch, following opening meeting ...Sunday, July 2nd 2006 at
Egypt Shrine. ( just added)

Presidents Banquet.......Sunday, July 2nd 2006 at Egypt Shrine ...Doors
open at 7:30 p.m.

Costs for these events will be finalized by the end of this week with
our selection of Caterers.

The only info I have gotten from any associations for Competitions is
Legions will compete at the Imperial Parade.

FASMC will be held at Vandenbeg Airport on the 3rd.

Horse Patrols will be at the Fairgrounds on the 3rd.

These are all listed with the Imperial Schedule, please re-post.

I have yet to receive any information regarding any associations
banquets. When I do I will pass along.

Once again....ALL HOUSING IS CONTROLLED BY THE IMPERIAL
COUNCIL. Hotel Selections have been made available to each Potentate
of 2006 since the Imperial Session in Vancouver ! If you have not secured
housing, please contact the Imperial Housing Chairman, Ils Sir Richard
